呵呵，这个问题我也经常遇到，这是校内网开发者那边出现的问题，和你的电脑没有关系。

从错误信息看，这是您系统上的flash player播放器和要播放的flash视频文件存在不兼容造成的。

可尝试更换flash player其它版本后测试
