UC知道高分悬赏：我的MSN为什么登陆不了？

最近刚刚换了新电脑，好像刚开始还可以登陆，不过后来就登陆不了了，显示：登陆Windous Live Messenger失败，因为服务暂时不可用。请稍后再试。
不知该如何设置，到底是怎么回事？望高人指点一二，非常感谢！

按照一楼告诉的方法，打开文件后为：

是用记事本打开C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts，在最下面加入一行65.54.239.80 messenger.hotmail.com吗？
新电脑的配置不符吧
