熟练是没有动词的.

可以说: I am skilled at xxxx.

excel at/master/qualify

EXCEL就是动词啊！！

"熟练某项技能"可译为excel at some certain skills

用词组表达 be familiar with
比如 熟悉office操作 简历中常用： be familiar with MS office或者 use MS office proficiently

如果作为动词的话，应该是：
