Abstract: Since the 1980s, many universities over the country have set the secretary major, which have cultivated large quantities of graduates in secretary major. While secretarial profession has become one of the several professions whose supply has been in excess of the demand since the 21st century. According to an investigation, the society is still in direly want of senior secretaries. When studied the reason, the key is that although there are many grads in secretary, quite large numbers of them cannot meet the demand of employers .Therefore, the teaching of secretary for high schools should timely adapt to the society’s needs by reforming the mechanism of secretary training and setting up scientific mechanism for it.
