For the 100% of the Contract Value plus 5% tolerance available shall be paid by Buyers and received by Sellers in T/T plus interest of Contract Value at 8% per annum upon original documents reach at collection banker's counter till to actual payment date.

买方应以电汇方式（T/T）支付给卖方合同金额的100％加上5％的公差，再加上单证原件到达托收银行之日起到实际付款之日止的利息，此利息以合同金额的年息8％计。

5% tolerance 这里所指的公差实际就是预支款，是正公差，不是增减公差，没有负公差的意思。此公差要等收到货物以后再行确认实际金额。
8% per annum 年息8%
counter柜台可以不译出

100 ％合同价值的5 ％ ，加上现有宽容应支付的买家和卖家收到的T /吨，再加利息的合同价值的8 ％ ，每半年后，原始文件达到收集银行柜台到实际付款日期

买方应该收到卖方货后, TT 100%的合同金额,加上.5% 的增减公差, 再加上当正本文件寄到托收行柜台之日起到实际付款日的利息为合同金额的8%.
