应该是“醒脑运动”，就是这种运动有令人头脑清醒的效果。
sobering是形容词，意思是“使清醒的，是严肃的”
并不是一个练习. 是表示一些行为可以训练头脑清醒.
Doing deficit math is always a sobering exercise.
应该是表示在疲劳时应该做的清醒运动吧。
