One day last fall when Wall Street tumbled and the Dow dipped from its height of about fourteen thousand points to under nine thousand, I did not hesitate and sank in $12 million into the banking sector, hoping a quick turn around and making a kill. Well, as you all know now, that didn’t happen. With the financial section further slipping into deep trouble, I saw that some of my darling shares of Citigroup and Bank of America losing their values fast than a crashing jet, and my Lehman Brothers share vanishing into smoke.

I’m sure it’s a fact many of you are experiencing now. A couple of days ago, the Dow further dipped under seven thousand points and one of my friends, who saw the blood flowing, and told me that he’d jump right in because, well, this is the bottom!

But my friend, don't worry too much. Everything goes down will eventually come up. There is no way the stock market can go further lower. So, with better planning, I believe this is the best
