People always want to have a healty body and a healty life style .Thus they must prepare to have a healty food and healty habit. For example ,they must sleep and wake up in the right time ,they must watch their food diet and must always eat well.They also need to do some exercises to made body strong and healty.Beside these, they also need to plan their works schudue and time table ,thus can do things in the right attitude and without any stress. They need to take a good rest in the week end ,to refill the enegy which already used up in the week days.This are some ideal way to get a healty body and life style.
