误删一些系统文件之后 浏览网页特别卡

我昨天误删了一些系统文件
最开始是重启键呈现灰色状态不能重启，而且浏览网页的时候特别卡，像滚波浪一下，就是那种特别衰的电脑才会出现的情况。
然后我百度知道了一下，好像是我把显卡弄坏了，需要重新装显卡驱动，我就装了，装的过程中又要我装什么 netview还是什么，是microsoft office出的东西，我也装了，然后及其痛苦的把显卡驱动装完了

但是！！！！！！！！！！！
装完之后，终于可以重启了，但是，，浏览网页还是特别卡，

有哪位大侠可以帮忙
不要百度的粘贴，我自己也会百度。。。。。。。也不是网速问题，也不是浏览器的问题，我换了几个浏览器都是这样的，我笔记本原来原来也是好好的，应该是我删错东西弄的。

well, it seems like you reeeeeeeally need a right version of 显卡驱动
So, basically, just go to the website called "qudongzhijia" or sth, type in ur PC's serial number and brand of ur PC

if you have any question, feel free to ask me by sending emai:)
I totally undrestand ur situation and hope u can get through it :)

PS: I do think the grey button and the slow speed should be solved simultaneously

PPS:If u couldn't understand English, just try to contact me in the morning, I mean Beijing time zone. At that time, I'm gonna use my own laptop, so I can type Chinese = =

最简单的是重装系统，如果你的电脑有其它原因不能重装系统

建议点 开始 运行 输入 SFC /SCANNOW
修补系统文件，需要系统安装光盘

然后安装显卡驱动是必须的
