摘 要

房地产市场的竞争日益加剧,国内房地产企业纷纷谋求发展策略,人力资源作为企业发展的“第一资源”备受房地产企业关注。本文讨论了房地产企业的特点以及人力资源管理在房地产企业发展中的重要性,在此基础上,就目前国内房地产企业人力资源现状加以分析,提出全面彻底打破传统人事管理制度的瓶颈,针对房地产企业人力资源管理的实际和未来企业的发展,结合现代企业人力资源管理理论,建立科学有效的人力资源管理战略:“只有吸纳,留住,培育一流人才的企业才是房地产市场竞争中的真正赢家”并在实际中不断改进和完善。研究揭示了通过把人力资源战略具体运用到房地产企业的各项活动中来,实现人力资源配置的有效发挥,确保房地产企业在市场中的发展。
