I am sorry that I made a mistake in my work.I regretted having got everybody into trouble.I know it's all my fault.I am to blame.I hope you can forgive me.I make a promise that it won't happen again. I make up my mind to work harder in future.You are a good manager. I am sure I can finish all the task you give me.
