求英文便条，关于出差，取消约会的 内容

Mr.Johnson明天要出差去北京，因此原定与Mr.White27号上午的 约会只能取消，等出差回来再约时间。

Mr.Johnson tomorrow will have a business trip to Beijing,sorry for the delaying of the date with Mr.White on 27th,after comeing back, he will re-arrange it,thanks.

Mr. Johnson is going to BeiJing tomorrow. So the date with Mr. White on 27th morning has to be canceled. We will arrange another meet after his back.
