这本书就运用了symbolism，把Mockingbird（知更鸟）比喻成那些只会为别人做好事，但却恰恰因此受到惩罚的人们。
因为知更鸟只会为人类不停的歌唱，从不做任何坏事，而自己却死在人们的枪口下...
