有点问题，应该用There,但问题不在be动词，因为There be句型是就近使用，就是紧跟be动词的是复数的话就用are，如果是单数或是不可数名词的话就用is。但这里是单数，所以用is
似乎应用are
貌似应该是Here are my coat and book.
