AutoCAD命令不能正常使用

AutoCAD突然不知道怎么搞的命令简称就不能使用，比如缩放zoom,输入“z”显示命令未定义，用“zoom”却可以正常使用，查了类似的病毒之类的文件，一个都没找到。请高人给介绍下解决方法谢谢
关键是公司的，装比较麻烦啊！
别的方法不可以吗？
