10.3. Entire Agreement. This Agreement represents the entire understanding and agreement among the Parties to this Agreement with respect to the matters contemplated hereby and supersedes all prior negotiations and understandings between them with respect to such matters.
10.4. Severability. If any provision of this Agreement or any document contemplated herein is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
