10.6. Costs, Taxes and Expenses. Each Party shall bear its own costs and expenses arising out of or in connection with the preparation, negotiation and implementation of this Agreement. The Seller shall bear all stamp or similar documentary duties or taxes as well as taxes on the transactions contemplated herein, in particular on the transfer of the Shares.
10.7. Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts which shall each be deemed an original and all of which together shall constitute one instrument.

10.6 成本，税及费用
各方应该承担因准备、协商和执行此协议而产生的及与协议有关的费用。
销售方应该承担所有邮费及其他与执行协议相关的责任、税费，包括股份移转的费用。
10.8 保密性
协议各方应该对此协议的条款严格保密，不可以以任何方式公开或泄露。
但是，协议各方可在实现、修订、执行协议的范围内及其他法律规定的情况下
向其律师、会计、审计、保险公司、税务助理及财务咨询透露协议内容。
