ASP输出HTML的问题

本地输出的时间为200710/20071015135029.html 但是在服务器上200710/2007/10/15135029.html

代码是这个:folder=year(addsj)&month(addsj)
filename=replace(replace(replace(addsj,"-",""),":","")," ","")&".html"

有什么问题吗
按照国外时间则是 2007/1/2
filename=replace(replace(replace(addsj,"-",""),":","")," ","")&".html"
这个代码就是做成
200710/2007/10/15135029.html
这样的。
他只是把中国的时间转化了下。
中国的时间是2007-1-23
所以这里的替换就成了问题就成了 生成2007123.html
中国和国外时间不一致，如果这个东西是用户提交的话。
