Runtime Error的处理：
打开注册表编辑器
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run，在这里面搜runtime项，删掉。
在运行中注册
regsvr32 /i urlmon.dll
regsvr32 actxprxy.dll
regsvr32 shdocvw.dll
就是开始——〉运行——〉cmd——〉复制以上的命令回车。三条命令要分别三次来运行。
这项应用程序已经要求运行时间以一种不正常的方式来终止了(This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.Please contact the application's support team for more infor more information)
可能的情况是：
一、系统的运行库比较旧，而软件需要的是更新版本的运行库；或者系统里根本就没有软件需要的运行库；
二、系统的运行库损坏的说；
三、软件需要的运行库与系统的语言版本不一致。
你开机启动项里的瑞星程序出问题了，你运行--msconfig，把除了ctfmon.exe和实时监控外的都关闭了，记住这个方法是不能从根本解决问题的，他只是让开机后不再出现提示，根本解决方法就是重装此软件
