food表示食物时,是不可数的;但当用作表示种类时,是可数的.例如: various foods,指的就是各种各样的食物,强调种类,而不是食物本身.
第一句，“一些”食物，已有具体所指。
第二句，意指 对你而言比较有益处的“一类”食物，没有所指。
区别在此。
