什么是mandel's k-test 和h-test?计算公式是什么？
Mandel's k-test 和h-test是拟合优度（Goodness of fit）的一种计算方法，类似Chi-squere test,可能是最近几年刚提出的新统计方法。我不懂，请数理统计方面的专家朋友帮忙看看这个问题。
