本文在先行研究文献的基础上,以网络购物方式下顾客忠诚度为研究主题,并以B2C购物型网站作为主要探讨对象,用概念模型和研究假设验证了顾客让渡价值、顾客价值体验、顾客对企业的信任依赖和顾客忠诚度之间的关系,证实了顾客信任依赖是影响顾客忠诚度形成的核心因素。

In this paper, at first on the basis of research literature in order to network the way to the next subject for the study of customer loyalty and B2C type to explore the web as the main object, the conceptual model and research to verify the assumption that the customer delivered value, customer value experience, customer for enterprises to rely on and trust in the relationship between customer loyalty, confirmed the impact of customer trust is dependent on the formation of the core elements of customer loyalty.
