鉴于此，本人对某家人力资源机构的100家已签约及潜在客户开展了一项调查活动。从企业规模类型、员工社保缴纳及档案管理、劳动争议处理等方面对企业人事外包状况进行考察。通过调查发现，目前各公司的人事外包存在着不同的情况。针对这些情况及所面临的问题，本文从员工社保缴纳及档案管理、劳动争议处理、人事外包服务的目的及存在风险等方面提出了自己的看法和建议，从而能够更好的认识和使用人事外包，在人力资源中发挥更大的作用，顺应时代及社会的发展趋势。
