where to find the information and how to find it （are） not known to us.when and where to build the new factory （is） not decided.这两句我看起来有一样 ，怎么谓语动词不一样

where to find the information 和 how to find it 表示的是两个单独的主语所以要用复数
而第二个句子to之前的作整个句子的主语，只有一个主语故用单数。也就是不定式短语作主语，谓语动词用单数。

wh-\how +to 提问 后面接的是动词不定式 该用动词原形。 其他的 要注意主谓一致就好了

information是不可数的，单独出现时永远都要用单数。你们老师说用复数指的是where,how引导的两个从句，是两件不同的事所以要用复数，而不是针对information用的复数
