生物传感器在食品、医学、环境检测等诸多领域有广泛的应用前景,近年来,发展日趋成熟。其中免疫生物传感器多用于临床医学上的研究,它能大大缩短检测时间,且操作简单,不易污染。本论文主要研究临床医学诊断乙型肝炎病毒的免疫传感器的制备,利用疏基(-SH)能与金形成稳定的Au-S键,先将硫脲固定在金电极上,再利用交联剂乙二醛将乙肝抗体(HBsAb)固定在电极上,从而形成单分子膜,制成用于检测乙型肝炎表面抗原( HbsAg ) 的电流型免疫传感器。通过循环伏安法考查了电极的电化学特性。该传感器制作简单,操作方便,响应时间短,灵敏度高,可用于检测乙型肝炎表面抗原。研究表明,该传感器的检测范围为5-200ug/L,检测下限为0.1 ug/L。

Biosensors, which have evolved gradually in recent years, have a bright application prospect in various fields such as foods, medicine, environment monitoring, etc. Among those biosensors, the immunology sensors, which are widely applied in clinical research, are capable of reducing test time significantly, besides, they are easily handled and not vulnerable to contamination.
