强调句问题一道，高中英语

本人错选了C，强调句句型难道不是it is/was + 强调部分 + that/who 吗？

这个题如果把握住了强调句的句型的话，那是相当的简单的
始终记住是it加be动词加that（不能为其他的词，还不能省略的）加被强调的部分状语，主语等等
