桌面上的图标都打不开（除了浏览器）请问是哪里除了问题？

还会出现一个microsoft visual c++ runtime library 的对话框，内容是：program :c:\windows\explorer.exe
this application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way ,please contact the application's support team for more information

任务管理器 结束explorer进程 然后再新建个同样了进程 看看
F8上一次正确的配置 试试
