能否告诉我“如果你能看见心跳”用英语怎么说

If you can feel my heart beating.
不能直接用英语说看见，不符合说话习惯，因为那样是指物理上的“看见”，正常说话的时候是没有人那么说的～～

If you can see the heart beating...

If you could see heatbeat...

if you can touch the strike of my heart.
