UC知道三星本本关机蓝屏问题

关机时出现的蓝屏字幕 今天出现两次了 有一次关的时候可以正常关上 其他两次都是强行关机的 不知道怎么回事 有高手能不能告诉一下怎么回事啊

不要一有问题就重装系统好不好，麻不麻烦啊，哎，有没有解决的办法
我的本本也是三星的，买时装的xp，回来用着经常死机，也出现过蓝屏。后来我自己用朋友的盘重装了一遍就好了，我用的是ghost系统盘，装一遍系统只要十分钟左右
阁下的情况不是系统问题，应该是硬件故障，估计是主板或者硬盘有问题了。
还是说说我的情况吧。三星R458 DS1FCN本，装的是XP系统，起初蓝屏，或者开机死机，强行关机（甚至拆下电池才关机的），后来就是无休止的黑屏死机，最后是进不了系统（有字样“Operating system not found”），系统盘放进光驱也没有反应...送修了，免费换了一个主板（维修期内）
如果你的情况类似，那么重装系统是没用的，尽快送去维修站吧。
