乱贴的人勿进！大学时事英语演讲，一到两分钟，六级水平

本周要做一个英语演讲！必须是有关于时事和新闻的，其他的请不要乱贴！
本人大二，英语水平良好。希望演讲稿专业性词汇不要太多！要让大家基本都能听懂。不要太长，两分钟足矣。

为什么一牵扯到大学生就要引起这样的争论呢？

我一向讨厌那些把一长篇文字乱贴一番的人，不但帮不了提问者，反而造成麻烦，这有错吗？
反而是那个连名字都不敢留的人，是不是乱贴二字说到你的痛处了呢？

When we look back on what happened recently, two news have emerged as the world’s toughest events. First is the financial crisis which caused by developed countries such as America and riches in Europe but now gradually affects other nations, as well as the whole world’s financial market. It reminds us that without a watchful eye, the free market could tremendously cause dire consequences. So it is necessary for governments to supervise and monitor the behaviors of free market.

The second new is about the Somali pirates, which largely affects the benefits of shipping companies from the entire world. But when we review the history of Somalia, we can see that the poverty and an unstable government are the main causes why so many Somalis choose to become pirates. Therefore, the world community should pay more attention at those issues and help them solve the problem of poverty and build up a stable government.
