摘要：
随着社会经济活动中发展变化，知识产权的地位和作用越来越来重要。对知识产权的刑法保护也倍受世界各国和地区的关注。我认为有必要对我国的知识产权的刑法保护问题进行研究，了解刑法对其保护的必要性。
加强对知识产权的刑法保护不仅是由刑法本身具有的功能，形式制裁的严厉性特点所决定的，而且还是当代社会科技发展和经济进步的必然要求，并代表着国际社会发展的共同趋势。
本文主要研究知识产权刑法保护的刑法保护体系，中国当前知识产权刑法保护存在的问题以及知识产权刑法保护的完善。
