会计信息与股价变动的联系

近年来，随着股票上市公司的增多，关于股票价格的研究也越来越多。本文从会计学的角度阐述了会计信息与股票价格的相关性。以会计信息为起点，本文首先介绍了会计信息的涵义、基本财务报表及会计信息的性质。第二章从理论和实例两方面就会计信息与股价的相关性作出分析。第三章对会计信息与有效市场之间的理论关系进行了剖析，并对我国股市的有效性程度作了简要介绍。第四章以历史信息为基础，对会计收益与股价的关系以及流动性与股价的关系作了较为深刻的阐述。第五章主要对预测信息及其可靠性进行了分析，并对其质量不高问题提出了具体治理措施。最后，从服务于股民的角度，对现行财务报告体系改革提出了自己的认识。
