best 和 most 的区别

what do you like best? 和 what do you like most?
这里面best 和 most有什么标准么?一会看到说是best一会又是most
不懂啊~

差不多，都是那个意思。可以混用的。
我是这样认为的：most强调一个多少的程度，best强调一个次序问题。

most ：to the greatest degree,(程度上)最大，最多，最高；
best：most,to the greatest extend,最，最高程度地，
在这个意义上，两者是近义词，可以互换。
