hp compaq 6535s 摄像头的问题

本人电脑是hp compaq 6535s
屏幕上方有摄像头是hp webcam，
系统是vista 安装驱动的时候显示：
the hp webcam has not found
please plug in the hp webcam and then run installation again。

怎么办？

惠普摄像头还没有发现
请插入惠普摄像头，然后运行安装。

如果 驱动的型号没问题的话 那就是硬件的连接问题了 或是硬件出问题了。
