其实题目元提示英文的。。 describe the key physical features of the beta sheet in term of the ytpes of beta sheets and forces that stabilise their structure. where would each of the types of beta sheets be likely to found in a protein structure and why?
那2个types是parallel beta sheet和antiparallel beta sheet,但是我不知道最后一个问怎么答,就是在蛋白质结构里面哪里可以找到。。。

In an antiparallel arrangement, the successive β strands alternate directions so that the N-terminus of one strand is adjacent to the C-terminus of the next. This is the arrangement that produces the strongest inter-strand stability because it allows the inter-strand hydrogen bonds between carbonyls and amines to be planar, which is their preferred orientationBeta sheet is composed of one parallel beta sheet nest to one parallel beta sheet.

In a parallel arrangement, all of the N-termini of successive strands are oriented in the same direction; this orientation is slightly less stable because it introduces nonplanarity in the inter-strand hydrogen bonding pattern.
