答案是B,可是我一开就把B给排除了，我认为B选项中muller's career是句子的主语，但是题目最后说道learned，可是muller's career不是人怎么会learned呢。所以我选了A，我认为是muller began...and culminated ....and learned 这三个动词平行

答案是B,可是我一开就把B给排除了，我认为B选项中muller's career是句子的主语，但是题目最后说道learned，可是muller's career不是人怎么会learned呢。所以我选了A，我认为是muller began...and culminated ....and learned 这三个动词平行
首先从spanning这个前置动词判断，主语肯定不是人，因为人不能跨越几十年，只有生涯才能跨越几十年，进而排除A&C;
E排除，表达太繁琐，the career of XX不如XX's career简洁。
接下来看C，of being绝对错

是形容词修饰societies

began 和culminated才是谓语～

所以从句是that X and Y could bestow。
