请教英语介词at in 的用法

I was having dinner (at) a restaurant.
He worked (in) a lawer's offive years ago,but he is now working (at) a bank.
sat (at) the same table.

前面三个空in 和at都可以填的
第四个空只能填at at the table是固定短语，坐在桌子旁就餐的意思。

in 和 at 后面跟地点的时候通常是 in 跟较大的地方 at 跟较小的地方。不过这里的较大和较小是相对而言的。

如：通常说：in China， in Shanghai
at the school
但是 in the school， in the classroom也是完全正确的。

在表示时间的时候
AT是钟表时间 比如 在3点
而IN则是比较大的时间 如 月，年。。。
在表示地点的时候
AT是很小的地点
IN则是大地点

还有在具体的短语中
如At the weekend .....
