摘要:介绍卡尔费休库伦法测定PA66切片中的含水量及影响结果的因素。先将PA66切片在加热装置加热以分解出挥发组分,然后以干燥氮气为载气,将挥发性组分(包括水份)载入滴定反应池,再用卡尔费休库伦法定量测定含水量,其它组分不参加反应。通过与传统方法比较表明,卡尔费休库伦法能方便准确测定PA66切片中的水分含量,优于压差法和卡尔费休容量法。

Abstract: Introduced that the Cull expense rests the Ulan Bator law to determine in the PA66 slice the water content and the influence result factor. Decomposes the first PA66 slice in the heat installation heating the volatile component, then take the dry nitrogen as the carrier gas, (including moisture) writes down the titrate response pond the volatile constituent, then uses the Cull expense to rest the Ulan Bator legal gauging to decide the water content, other components do not participate in the response. Through indicated with the conventional routes comparison that the Cull expense rests the Ulan Bator law to be able to facilitate determines in the PA66 slice accurately the moisture content, surpasses the differential pressure law and the Cull expense rests the capacity law.
