出现0x0000000A或是0x000000B8的蓝屏错误

06年12月下旬以来，戴尔(中国)售后服务部接到了大量报告系统出现蓝屏或是自动重启问题的报
修电话。经过大量调查和反复验证，我们发现，这个问题和腾讯公司于2006年12月发布的
QQ2006正式版以及其后发布的更新版本的QQ/TM中所带的密码保护功能的控件有关。
发生条件：
1、电脑使用了任一品牌的USB接口(接口形状为扁平的长方形)的键盘。
2、安装使用06年12月之后发布的新版QQ/TM。
（注：由于腾讯公司的软件集成了在线自动升级功能，纵使您的电脑没有重新下载、安装新版本的
QQ/TM，也同样有可能因为自动更新功能自动升级到会导致此问题的版本而出现此系统问题。）
故障现象：
(注：故障会在满足上述两个条件的电脑上随机发生，常见于玩游戏时)
1、敲击键盘上的按键时，出现0x0000000A或是0x000000B8的蓝屏错误。
2、敲击键盘上的按键时，电脑自动重启。
3、启动电脑后，键盘无法正常使用。
4、无法启动进入XP操作系统，在启动过程中电脑自动重启或是出现上述代码的蓝屏错误

解决方案大致是就是:
1.关闭QQ,在
