泡泡堂开不起

开后运行完后就死机了，出现一个蓝色面，里面全英文，看不懂。。我电脑用的防毒软件是ESET，开时有关，防火墙也有关，会的高手来
楼下说的英文好像有点对，不过我查过毒了，没有提示，而且就只开泡泡堂有这现象，电脑还是在正常运行的 ,重下过了
