This is an Agreement made this _____ day of _______, 2009, between AWP (“Terex”) and ______________ ("____________"), which is interested in exchanging information with Terex. The terms "Discloser" and "Recipient" include each party's affiliates, and the rights and obligations of the parties hereto therefore also shall inure to such affiliates and may be enforced directly by or against such affiliates.
