求解 一句关于order 这个词的用法

原句：We follow the boss's order that the task _____ before 5 o'clock this afternoon.

请问这里是用 be done 吧，以前学的语法，记不清了。
记得order和request 一样，后面的句子中动词都是用原型吧，请高人帮忙确定。

I got up early this morning to catch the first bus. to catch当不定式,表目的
I got up early this morning for catching the first bus. for当表目的的介词，后面动词应为现在分词
