FAUMAI是始新世时期沉积的,是一套海相发育的碳酸岩地层,钻井揭示地层岩性表现为褐色、灰色灰岩与白云岩互层。
依据2D seismic data解释的 FAUMAI formation,全区均有分布。从formation apparent thickness map(Fig.6-6-5)上可以看出, Formation Apparent Thickness 0-700m。总体上,构造高部位地层变薄, 局部地层有剥蚀, such as KALITAMI area;东部区域地层较厚,反映这一时期东部水体较深,沉积厚度大的特点.

SIRGA是渐新世发育的地层,是一套灰白色的灰岩,依据钻井资料西部构造高部位地层剥蚀,东部均有分布,但幅度较高的构造地层较薄.与上覆地层KAIS呈不整合接触关系。
依据2D seismic data解释的 SIRGA formation apparent thickness map(Fig.6-6-6)上可以看出, Formation Apparent Thickness 0-300m。西部构造带高点基本剥蚀,构造翼部残留地层厚度0-200m.

钻井揭示,KAIS 地层是中新世时期海相沉积的一套碳酸岩,与下伏地层成不整合接触关系,是区域标志层。
依据2D seismic data解释的 KAIS formation apparent thickness map(Fig.6-6-7)上可以看出,Formation Apparent Thickness 150-350m。构造高部位地层较薄,西部构造带表现较突出。KAIS formation 是一套有利的储层,在邻区均有油气发现。

钻井揭示,STEENKOOL 地层发育较厚,大体可划分3个岩性段。依据地震特征,Lower STEENKOOL 地震响应明显,容易识别。
