路由不能上网,web服务器仅能提供http服务

在路由器上怎么封啊，内网不能上网．．．．．

我用access-list 101 deny tcp 内网ip 掩码 gt 1024 外网 0.0.0.0 eq 80
我怎么也不能封住....请知道的多帮忙啊．．．
内网不能上网，只能提供http服务

router(config)#access-list 101 permit tcp any host 12.1.1.1 eq 80 目标地址为你的服务器的地址
router(config)#int e1/0 连外网的端口
router(config-if)#ip access-group 101 in 进方向调用。

路由不能上网,web服务器仅能提供http服务？？
只要不插外线不就解决了吗，
