CFOP魔方公式裏面的X,Y,Z是什麼意思？

。。。Y 我已经知道是什麼意思了，，
就是X和Z搞不懂。。。
还有l ，可以说的明白点吗。。、
最好是英文的，，，，

X means turn the whole rubik to the direction of R(Right)
X' means turn the whole rubik to the direction of R'(Right)
Y means turn the whole rubik to the direction of U(Up)
Y' means turn the whole rubik to the direction of U'(Up)
Z means turn the whole rubik to the direction of F(Forward)
Z' means turn the whole rubik to the direction of F'(Forward)
So just remember the words:XYZ,RUF

一楼的已经说得比较清楚了,是以自己的理解来的.
二楼的说得比较标准,但是可能对于初学者来说理解起来比较难.
"还我瓜子"则根本不懂,虽然说得也没错,但是对于楼主来说,根本没帮助.

X是沿着R方向顺时针整体旋转魔方，X'是沿着R方向逆时针整体旋转魔方。
Y是沿着U方向顺时针整体旋转魔方，Y'是沿着U方向逆时针整体旋转魔方。
Z是沿着F方向顺时针整体旋转魔方，Z'是沿着F方向逆时针整体旋转魔方。

正方体 长X宽Z高Y 

XYZ都表示转三层，即更换了拿的面。 

R右边一层顺时针九十度r右边两层顺时针九十度X右边三层顺针转九十度 

同理 

U--u--Y 

F--f--Z
