Article VI of radio and television advertisements in China should uphold national dignity and interests and respect the motherland's traditional culture, and shall not contain endanger national unity, sovereignty and territorial integrity of the content. Commercial advertisements should not appear the national flag, national emblem, national anthem and national leaders of the image and sound. Shall not use or tamper with well-known leaders as a commercial advertising terms.
Article VII of the radio and television advertisements in China should uphold national unity and compliance with national ethnic and religious policy, shall not contain advocacy of national division, the contents of the NBA season.
