-LICENSES-
Buyer undertake that all the necessary import licenses and all other authorizations required for copper concentrates have been obtained(and/or will be obtained) for the entire quantity covered by this contract. buyer furthermore guarantees that such licenses will remain in force for the full life of the contract.
-SUCCESSION AND ASSIGNMENT-

(1).default in the payment or performance of any obligations to the other party under this contract or any other contract between the parties.
