with和on的用法

The teacher showered care and love on us.
The teacher showered us with care and love.
两句都是：“老师给了我们太多的关爱。”的意思，我不懂的是为什么当“care and love”置前，“us”置后时用“on”;当“care and love”置后“us”置前时用“with”？

on后加人
with后加物或感情

shower sth on sb
shower sb with sth

这两个是同义句,都是固定用法,介词不能换,记住就行了,没什么为什么,因为是固定的用法.^_^
