本文通过对医疗卫生体制改革新方案的分析及其政策走向的研究，结合目前医药行业的实际情况进行了深入的研究和剖析比较，综合得出新医改总体而言对于中国整个医药行业有着良好的推动作用，对于中国医药产业进一步的整合并最终走向健康持续稳定的发展起着关键的作用。论文主要包括以下几个部分：
(一) 对新医疗卫生体制的剖析。主要从宏观层面对新医疗卫生体制的相关内容进行了深入的分析。
(二) 新医疗卫生体制改革对医药行业可能产生的影响。详细研究和挖掘了新医改的各项政策和制度对医药行业带来的影响。
(三) 医药行业现状分析。从医药行业自身的状况出发，全面分析了医药行业自身的特点及其关键点。
(四) 医药企业改如何应对？从战略层面和策略角度对医药企业给出了建议和解决的方案。
最终得出结论：在新医改这个大环境的影响下，医药企业要做出针对性的战略布局，并且在发展策略上做出相应的调整，以及时的把握好机遇，并妥善地处理好随之而来的挑战。
