请问while,when, after,before后面都可以分词词组吗？

不能用词组，要接句子，when是关系副词，引导定语从句，while一般考意思，而和虽然的意思。before一般引导状语从句。after常与一般过去时句子连用。还有，Only加状语放句首，句子部分倒装。比如加时间状语when，Only when the accident happened,did he realize the importance of life.
